Carolina's Weight Loss blogHey everybody! My name's Carolina Leeds - wife, mother of one, and total workhorse! I'm a sales rep for a national publishing company, which means I'm almost always on the road. And when I'm home, I'm giving my husband a break (he's way busy too!) and carting our daughter around to her karate lessons and play-dates. You'd think that constantly being on the move would keep me skinny, but you'd be wrong! Since my promotion four years ago, my body has just gone to pot. Between all the fast food I was eating when I was on the road, stress at work, and (most importantly!) my total lack of Me Time, I put on some major poundage and climbed up to 167 lbs. from 130 pre-promotion.
