My name is Alice and I wanted to share my weight loss story with you. I'm no medical guru or anything like that. I'm just a student who lives in Atlanta, GA who figured out a system that works better than all the famous diets you tried (you know, the ones that didn't work?). Hopefully my story can inspire you to try my method and lose some weight for 2009. I know it sounds cliche, but if I can do it, you can too!
I have been on tons of "diets" just like most women my age have. I've tried all the carb counting diets, south beach, atkins, pills, patches, etc. I got ripped off and spent well over $300 on these with no real results. Then one day I decided to try to combine two diets I had seen on TV earlier that day and see if it would help me lose weight. It made perfect sense really. I hated exercising and you know you can't see how much you let yourself go until you reach a fat and unhealthy body. Without even noticing I went from 120lbs. in high school to 145lbs! I heard about a new diet that Rachel Ray was talking about today, and my friend told me that Rachel Ray had brought it up too. I thought I should look into it, as that seemed like something that would probably work. I was going to check it out on my break at work, but Anna had a fever, so I had to go pick her up from school and take her to my moms house. I will check again when I have time later.

Come to find out, its not a 'diet' per say, but actually a supplement that is all natural. I found a place that has free trials called Acai 3000. Will write more when I get it in the mail. I feel great. I didn't have a huge lunch because I wasn't too hungry, but my energy is super high. I have tried other diet supplements before that have just made me feel hyper, and then I crashed. But this doesn't seem to be working that way. I read that Acai is considered a super-food.

Its been a week since starting both products, and I decided to weigh myself. I lost 9 pounds! That's more then a pound a day, and I haven't had to change what I am eating or anything like that. I have noticed that I feel less hungry, but that is a side effect of the Acai berry.

Took my friends with me to find a dress for a wedding next month. I was also thinking of wearing it for our family picture, which we have next week. I have gone down 2 full sizes! Weighed myself a couple hours ago, and I have lost 30 pounds since starting the Acai 3000 and PowerColonCleanse. It is incredible. I have never found anything that worked this well. Thank you Alice for posting your story. It was very motivating. I have the same struggles with food. I want to make a change. Sometimes it is so hard. But I am working toward it now. I ordered the two diets and it should be here any day. I feel like I am on my way to weight loss success. I am going to keep daily entries and hopefully I can make a motivational page too and help others reach their goals. I have tried many weight-loss programs in my life and I'm sorta a fanatic about it... the formula that you used is not like any other. I started this formula about a month ago and I have to say... this was my greatest single loss in weight in my whole life. You're very selfless sharing this with everyone on your website. Hi there Alice. I was a bit skeptical when I first read about this but as I researched more and more I found out that Acai berry is indeed what Rachael Ray and many scientists say it is.
